Dieses Herstellungsverfahren eignet sich mehr fu\u0308r halbgew\u00f6lbte oder nur schwach konvexe Leisten, da der Schuh, auf Grund der Einlage-und Zwischensohle, eine steifere Schuhsohle hat, was ein bequemes Klettern erm\u00f6glicht.  \n<br>\nModelle, die mit Hilfe der gezwickten Machart hergestellt worden sind, eignen sich ideal fu\u0308r das Klettern an schmalen Kanten, Platten, Rissen und l\u00e4ngeren Routen, z.B im Gebirge. Die einzigartigen Gummimischungen kommen ausschlie\u00dflich in der gesamten Kletterschuh-Kollektion zum Einsatz und werden in der eigenen Manufaktur hergestellt; auch eine kleinere Auswahl an Trekking-Sohlen wie dem ber\u00fchmten FDS-3 gibt es nur bei BOREAL. Wir achten sehr darauf, Rohstoffe nur von den besten Lieferanten zu beziehen, und die \u00fcberwiegende Mehrheit der Rohstoffe stammt aus Europa.Die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle steht im Vordergrund und das Werkslabor vor Ort pr\u00fcft st\u00e4ndig die Qualit\u00e4t aller Rohstoffe, die in die Fabrik gelangen.   <\/p>\n<p>Obwohl viele Prozesse mechanisiert sind, bleibt das Schuhwerk eine Handarbeit, was sich im fertigen Produkt widerspiegelt. Es gibt keinen Ersatz f\u00fcr den scharfen Blick und das &#8222;Gef\u00fchl&#8220; eines erfahrenen Handwerkers und deshalb produziert BOREAL viele Dinge auf traditionelle Weise. Zum Beispiel werden alle Lederh\u00e4ute einzeln auf Unvollkommenheiten untersucht und dann von Hand ausgelegt und geschnitten, um die unendlichen subtilen Variationen von Maserung und Dehnung der Lederhaut optimal zu nutzen. F\u00e4higkeiten wie diese brauchen Zeit zum Lernen und k\u00f6nnen nicht einfach durch einen Computer ersetzt werden.   <\/p>\n<p>Der beste Teil BOREALs ist wahrscheinlich das engagierte Team der Mitarbeitern in der Fabrik in Villena, Spanien.
